Questions about your order

All our products are digital. After you pay, your PDF and bonuses (or course access) are sent to the email you use at checkout, usually within a couple of minutes. Nothing ships.

If your download doesn't arrive, check your spam folder, then email us at mealrecipestoday@gmail.com with the email you used at checkout and we'll resend it. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
