Information we collect

What you give us at checkout: your email address, your name and billing address, and a phone number if your payment method asks for one.
Payment details: your card or wallet details are entered into secure fields run by our payment provider, Whop. We never see or store your full card number.
Order information: what you bought, when, the amount paid and the payment status.
What you send us: the content of any emails you send to our support address.
Technical information: your IP address, the approximate country it places you in, your browser and device type, and the pages you visit. We use this to show prices in your local currency, calculate tax, prevent fraud and keep the site working.

How we use your information

To process your payment and deliver what you bought.
To send receipts, download links and access details.
To answer your questions and handle support requests.
To calculate and collect sales tax or VAT where required.
To detect and prevent fraud, unauthorised payments and abuse of our site.

Saved payment methods

When you pay, Whop saves your payment method securely so that you can accept a one-click offer straight after checkout without re-entering your card details. We never charge a saved payment method unless you click to buy.

Whop, which runs our checkout, processes payments, hosts this website and sends receipts and product emails. Whop handles your information under its own privacy policy, available at whop.com/privacy.
Payment networks and banks involved in completing your payment.
Authorities, when we're required to by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

Cookies and browser storage

Our site uses cookies and your browser's local storage to keep your cart, remember your checkout progress, prevent duplicate orders and remember choices such as whether you've already answered an offer. Our payment provider also uses cookies to keep payments secure and prevent fraud. We don't use them to sell advertising. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings, but checkout may not work properly without them.

How long we keep it

We keep order and payment records for as long as we need them to provide your purchase and support, and for as long as tax and accounting laws require, which is typically several years. Support emails are kept for as long as needed to resolve your request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, or receive a copy of it. To make a request, email mealrecipestoday@gmail.com from the address you used to buy. We'll respond within 30 days. We may need to keep some information to meet legal obligations, for example tax records. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

Payments are handled by Whop on secure, encrypted connections, and we limit who can access customer information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

International transfers

We and our service providers may process your information in countries other than the one you live in. Where we do, we rely on our providers' safeguards to protect it.

Children

Our products are intended for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us their information, contact us and we'll delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
